BB Store Management
Our own multi-tenant retail platform on AWS. Auto-scaling compute, isolated tenant data, and IaC-managed environments so every customer gets the same reliability without one-off plumbing.

Infrastructure you can reason about. Honest AWS and Vercel architecture designed to scale with your roadmap — no surprise bills, no lock-in regrets. Infra-as-code, observability, and disaster recovery baked in from the first commit.
Engagement
What you get
Four things we deliver on every cloud engagement — no click-ops, no surprises.
Infrastructure defined in code and deployed by pipeline from day one. Every environment is reproducible, reviewable, and rollback-safe — not click-ops in a console.
Right-sized compute, sensible retention policies, and budget alerts. We size for your actual load, not a hypothetical spike.
Structured logs, metrics, and traces from the first deploy. You see what the system is doing before something breaks — not after.
Automated backups, tested restores, and a documented RTO/RPO. Recovery is a drill we run, not a hope we hold on to.
Use cases
How we work
Audit first. Architecture before provisioning. Runbooks at handover.
Audit your current state — services, costs, pain points, risks. Written findings, not a sales deck.
Architecture diagram, cost model, and IaC plan you can sign off before anything gets provisioned.
Pipeline-driven rollout with staging-first deploys, dual-running where it matters, and no surprises at cutover.
You get the IaC repo, dashboards, alerts, and runbooks for the things that will eventually go wrong.
Proof of work
Client work is under NDA. Here's how we apply the same approach to our own product.

Before you ask
For most UK SMEs we default to AWS for back-end workloads and Vercel for Next.js front-ends — that combination covers ninety-five per cent of what you need without paying enterprise premiums. Azure makes sense if you are already deep in Microsoft 365, and GCP shines for data-heavy analytics. We will recommend based on your workload, not on what we fancy this quarter.
Stick to one unless you have a genuine reason not to. Multi-cloud sounds resilient but usually doubles your operational surface area, your learning curve, and your bill. Provider-level outages are rare; the real availability wins come from multi-region deploys inside a single cloud, which is much cheaper and easier to run.
Three things, honestly. One — size compute for actual observed load with autoscaling headroom, not a worst-case guess. Two — set budget alerts and cost-allocation tags from day one so you see spend trends before they hurt. Three — review monthly for a few months post-launch and kill anything that turned out to be overprovisioned. Most of our clients land 30–50% below their pre-migration estimate.
Yes. We start with an audit — what lives where, how it is backed up, what the dependencies are — then build a staged migration plan with dual-running during cutover. The actual move is usually the quiet bit. The risky part is the discovery, so we invest heavily there and write it all down.
Your choice. We can hand over the IaC repo, dashboards, and runbooks to your team with a walkthrough — everything is documented for that. If you would rather we stay on for ongoing ops, we offer a fixed-monthly retainer with a defined scope: patching, cost review, incident response, and roadmap work. No lock-in, thirty-day notice either way.
Tell us where you are now — we'll reply within 24 hours on working days with an honest read, a cost model, and a realistic migration plan.
