BB Store Management
Our own multi-tenant e-commerce management platform. Real-time inventory, EPOS integration, automated reorder alerts. Real product, real code.

Your workflow, your software. Custom platforms built around how your business actually operates — not a templated product that almost fits. Modern stack, honest pricing, founder-led delivery.
Engagement
What you get
Four things we build into every custom software engagement.
We map your actual processes before writing code — the result fits you, not the other way round.
Encryption, proper auth, role-based access, and an audit trail. Not bolted on at launch.
Production-grade architecture with sensible caching and database indexes from the start.
Multi-tenant-ready, horizontally scalable, and deployable on whatever cloud suits your budget.
Use cases
How we work
Four phases. Spec before code. Staging link from day one. Agile without the theatre.
Workshop + written spec. We map the actual problem, not the assumed one.
Architecture diagram, wireframes, and interactive mockups you can click through.
Weekly demos, live staging link, honest status. Agile without the theatre.
Deploy, train your team, hand over docs. 30-day window where fixes are free.
Proof of work
We're building our own product in the open. Here's what that looks like.

Before you ask
Most engagements run 3–6 months. Simple admin tools can ship in 2 months, while multi-tenant platforms with integrations typically take 4–6. You get a realistic timeline in writing after the discovery workshop — before you commit.
Yes. You own the code, the cloud account, and the docs. No vendor lock-in, no hostage pricing. If you want to move the project in-house or to another team, everything you need is already yours.
Integration is usually 30–50% of the work on a custom build. We handle REST and GraphQL APIs, database migrations, webhook setups, and third-party services like Stripe, Salesforce, Xero, and Square. Legacy SOAP and file-drop integrations are slower but doable.
Thirty days of free bug fixes post-launch. After that, you can hire us on a retainer for maintenance and new features, hand the codebase to an in-house team with a proper walkthrough, or take it on yourself — the docs are written for that.
Both are available. Fixed price suits clearly-scoped projects with stable requirements. T&M with a monthly cap works better for evolving products — you get faster delivery without the overhead of change-order paperwork.
Tell us what you're building — we'll reply within 24 hours on working days with an honest read, a fixed quote, and a realistic launch date.
